These treats are so easy and very yummy! Melt the caramels, add a bit of water, coat t3/4 of the pretzel and set in the refridgerator and then melt the chocolate and do the same...
You can then drizzle the other color of chocolate on and put in baggies. Wa la!
What a great party favor. And you could do them in any color for any holiday!
